Looking out of my window, it's snowing hard on the mountains and it's just started raining downtown. Hopefully it'll turn into snow too :sunglasses:

Just driven over the Malahat, South Vancouver Island and in places it was like a blizzard. Hopefully it won't last.

It is nice for me to be seeing it for the first time:sunglasses:. I am sure the cynics will say that the novelty will soon wear off, but for now it is a novelty and I will enjoy it:) Maybe I will have to learn to ski....:blink: |

Such a quick change of conditions - only a month ago when I had just arrived we were out in the garden in beautiful warm sunshine building a compost bin wearing T-shirts and shorts. It was like Summer still and yet four short weeks later snow is falling. Do the seasons always change so quickly here? |
