The gist of the conversation was that if you are a few points short, don't let that put you off. It may be worth talking to a consultant just to get a view on this though

we did about 2 years ago have shadi norman-consultant-looking around for employment for us, but even that ended by her having less and less contact with us,none at all now , probably i'm guessing because he doesnt have a trade such as an electrician,joiner etc..
