Default Skilled Worker Visa Question

Hello.

A little confused, as i imagine is quite common on here.

If i am applying for the above, is it possible to do this without a job offer? Would I acrue enough points without the offer, I have degree etc.

If i obtained a Visa without a job, how long then do you have to move to Canada, in this time obviously job hunting may be easier as I would have the Visa.

On the flip side, trying to get a job offer without having the Visa sorted then this surely puts the employer off as it may be a timely process.

I am interested to hear how you guys have done it. Are most employers aware than when they make a job offer then it may take a while to obtain the Visa.

Thanks in advance

Hi

Welcome to BE

The Skilled worker route is currently in the process of being amended and the exact details are yet to be published.

Here is a link to the wiki, which has lots of articles re visa's etc and may help to answer some of your questions
