Skilled Worker info

Hello,

I just would like to clarify whether my husband would require a job offer if his occupation is on the NOC (7215) under the FSW application process? He has also taken the assessment test which clears at 68 points.

Many thanks for any help,

Nope, if he can demonstrate at least one year as either a contractor or supervisor in the carpentry trades, then he doesn't require a job offer.

Thats great news! Many thanks for your help. Do you know if there is a fast track system for this type of application or will the process still take between 12 -18 months as others have suggested?
