Skilled Visa without job offer
 

Any advice / help for these 2 questions would be great...

1) My LMO-work permit just expired and I am awaiting another one but I am wondering if I apply for a skilled visa without a job offer (I have enough points) whilst it's being processed do I have implied status to work on this application alone?


2) I am awaiting another positive LMO for my job (the last one just expired) but am I able to use the year's work permit for this to work for another company?
