SIN cards / PR cards
 
hi

We are likely to have to take a trip in June to keep our visa's (still trying to sell our house and medicals were last July!). We will probably go and stay with my brother in law in Toronto. The question is, as we are planning ultimately on going to Alberta, can we still apply for SIN cards whilst in Toronto or should we wait until we actually get to go to Alberta? Can we use my brother in laws address for the PR cards and SIN cards?
