One thing i've learned from this forum is that would never happen. It worked for others who are clearly happy enough to share their joy on the Canniversary section, so it will work for everybody.

Haha, but you don't have to be a bitter cynic to think that it makes more sense to rent first. As previously stated, I really like it here but I still rented for a few months before figuring out where I wanted to live permanently.

Rent, await the housing crash and keep your eyes open for a bargain.
