Default Sending regular small amounts of money from UK

Hi all...another question as the big day approaches....

If someone wanted to send me regular small amounts of money from England to Canada (ie £50-£100 per week or fortnight), is there a cheap and easy way to do this?

One route thats mentioned a lot on here, although I've not used it myself is to use a Nationwide Building Society Account.
Your contact in the UK keeps the books and pays into the account.
You have the card and take the cash out here which I previous posters state is paid out at the Interbank (i.e. better than tourist rate) of exchange.

Paypal is quite an efficient system, although they do charge a small commission. there is also xe.com who specialise in this

Thanks for all those suggestions. I think I should have specified that I am talking about sending cash (without access to bank accounts/credit cards/debit cards or online methods).

I think my options are:

post cash, exchanged here or in canada-as far as I know this is a very bad idea

use something like western union

are there any other companies like western union?
