got another email and the house appears to of moved
and from a different wife
not even very clever scam artists it seems .. Maybe i should try some scambaiting and see what i can get the idiots to do

I can't be clearer than that.
P.S. if you feel confident then there's no harm in stringing them along for a bit. Pretend that you really like their place and 'actually' you want to buy it. Try and get them to meet you at Vancouver Airport on the promise you'll buy their place for $400,000 and you'll pay a deposit in cash of $50,000, if they meet you.
Of course, you don't show up... and they've spent their air fares in getting to Vancouver Airport, it's all these con artists deserve. (that's if you want to).
