Apply for skilled worker immigration and it would take about 2 years to process!
Start reading www.cic.gc.ca and get urself assessed for immigration..

Try contacting people like Fountain Tire:
http://www.fountaintire.com/careers/current_postings/

According to the Canadian High Commision in the UK, they will process your skilled worker application a lot faster if you have a job offer.

Also take a look at Provincial Nominee Programs.
