Have fun on the plane :) I moved from Manchester 5 years ago and have never looked back, though I spent half of the flight crying my eyes out at leaving everyone!

Yeah I will be likely be seeing some of my family members for the last time for a while tomorrow and I think it will be quite difficult.

I think the fact that we're headed to eastern Canada makes things slightly less daunting though. Vancouver literally is like the other side of the planet so I can't even imagine how I would be feeling if I was moving there. I was actually thinking about Vancouver as a destination last year but talk of the high cost of living and low wages quickly put me off.

Do you still get back to Manchester to see your family from time to time?

My parents live in France so I've visited them twice and have been back to England twice. The parties are not as good as I remember (everyone was HAMMERED!!) and it seems dirty, but I loved the villages and the pubs!
