Renting in Edmonton?
 

We're hoping to be in Edmonton by March 2005. Our initial thoughts are to rent a property (can't see that we could afford to buy what we want straight away!) when we land. Are there any companies I can contact at this point whilst still in the UK, to arrange this?
How hard is it for a newly landed immigrant to rent a house?
My wage will be about $35,000 p.a. about $2200 take home per month. I will be supporting a wife and two young kids. Any ideas on how my monthly budget will look i.e. food, utilities and rent etc?
