Rental Properties

Hi Guys,

Any one know of any available rental properties in West Lethbridge? We are going to go crazy if we have to stay in this hotel for longer than a couple of weeks!! It appears that all adverts are already rented out....:curse:. Tried the Herald and numerous web sites and realtors... just not much happening for us.

Yours Desperately

Hi Sean

Have been so busy not even had the chance to welcome you to town. :o

Real pain getting a rental in town now that the college and Uni are back - do you have a realtor working for you ???? As this is the way that Sue and Simon Pleas found a rental - sometimes they can go to someone who is selling and ask if they are willing to rent instead.

Try Pm-ing Mrs Miggins as she is up on the West side of town so she might have seen something. I will also try and get in touch with her on Msn for you.

Hi Gaynor,

Don't worry about the belated welcome, I understand how sorting out your new life takes over. I didn't think about asking a realtor:ohmy:, I'll get in touch with ours. Thanks for the tip

See you soon

Sean

If someone tells you about a rental in town cancel everything to go look at it as they dont last long - and we are not talking about hours they go in minutes here

Thank you, kind sir....

As I found the rental - I thought he could figure out the rest for himself. And, as they're desperate, they may consider commuting out of the original area of choice :)

Thanks for all the help guys, and apologies for my lack of response. Had some long busy days.

We'd already visited the rentaplace web site and contacted those 2 places. The Chilcotin Crescent had been rented (although it's still listed!) and we took a look at the lafayette blvd, after they finally got back to us, it's being renovated at present. Anyway it's all history now as we managed to get a duplex on the West side
We're moving in tomorrow, it was a vacant property... so we came, we saw we rented!!

Just need a job now... one step at a time eh!

Cheers fellow BE'ers

Hi Gay,
