We are in touch with two mortgage brokers right now. We just want to find out how much we could borrow and the best rate they could offer. We knew roughly how much we could borrow and we've been to our bank and knew exactly the best rate they can offer.
We are not in a rush as so far we have no complaints where we rented and everything is accessible to work and kids school. The space is now getting smaller and not much privacy when you're watching TV, cooking and eating in same area. So will see how it goes.
