These agencies tend to sell a dream rather than reality.

I'd research the reality on the CIC website extensively and get back to the immigration section on here with any questions.

We've seen too many people on this forum lavish large funds on dreams in the past. When they wake and smell the coffee it is usually sour, cold and too late.
