MSP is not accepted in Quebec Province.(Up front that it) If anyone, from any other Province, requires health care there they will have to pay for it up front and then claim it back from the MSP when they get home. Be aware, should you be travelling to Quebec.
No difference to anywhere else, then. We in QC pay up-front to use healthcare services in ON. We will likely soon get a bill for the ambulance.
