Hi All

I have been browsing some real estate websites in toronto area. The houses/apts that are listed in these websites for sale looks like they are fully furnished. is it normal to sell houses fully furnished. Also can you pls give me some tips on house purchase from your experience. Any suggestion on reliable and good realtors around toronto are.

It is not normal to sell furnished. Property listings are normally unfurnished by default and listed as "Furnished" where appropriate.
