proof of funds
 
Hello everyone

I applied for PR, 4 months ago, last month received a letter to povide lots of docs. including proof of funds, can anyone tell me what sort of proof of funds docs. I've got a flat, how do I provide evidence for that????

You get a valuation done (although I believe some have just used an estate agent we used a surveyor) and send it with a mortgage statement. You will only be able to do this at London during the application stage. Once you go to land you will need to be able to show theses funds are unencumbered and instantly accessible.

Unless you have a AEO and a Job to go to in which case you do not need to show settlement funds.

Under what category have you applied PR. Is it under point system or PNP, or family category

I've applied using the points system (Skilled workers class)
