Default PR CARDS?

The PR cards for youngest daughter and myself arrived last week but we are still awaiting my wifes and oldest daughters. Has anybody else experienced this?

Youngest daughter and I had photos re-taken I wonder if this is why they have been seperated.

We are a family of 4 and used an immigration lawyer through a company.
2 cards arrived (first time cards arrive within 30 days apparently).
Only 2 cards arrived. There is a helpline number on the documentation where you can speak to a real person.
It turned out that 2 of the cards were sent to us direct and 2 had gone to the lawyer. Weird.

From what I recall they came in about a month - this was two years ago though.

Don't stress - they'll turn up. What's the hurry anyway?
