PR Card Issue
Hello Experts
I landed in Canada 2001 and stayed for one week opening bank A/C, SIN etc then left. And again I came to Canada on Jan 2002 since then I am working and established residency.In my case which rule does (old or new) apply? If new rule applies can I mention in the PR Card application legally that I am out of the country for 1 year?
