You mean like this?

Highlight the text you want to link, and with it still highlighted, click the link icon above the text box. Then enter the website you want to link to, and you're done.

While you are typing your message, you use your mouse to highlight the words into which you want to embed a link to a website.

Let's suppose you want to provide folks with a link to the Multiple Listing Service's website, which is http://www.mls.ca .

You type

Multiple Listing Service

Then you highlight

Multiple Listing Service

Once the words "Multiple Listing Service" have been highlighted, you click on the symbol of the globe with a pair of binoculars under it that is included in the various icons above the text box. It's like a blue ball resting on a number 8 that is lying on its side.

When you've clicked on the blue ball icon, a dialogue box will open up. It will say, "Please enter the URL of your link."

The " http:// " will already be pre-typed in the box.

You then add

www.mls.ca

Then click "Ok."

Once you've done that

Multiple Listing Service

will look like

Multiple Listing Service

Sorry Maple Leaf - going to hi-jack your thread here ... (good question by the way, I might figure it out one day)

For Judy In Calgary ....

Are you moving ??? I'm looking at your 'location' and 'comment' by your name!:confused::)

Will you have to change your name? Can you do the same for BC that you have done for Calgary. Lucky them ! :p

...and if you're too lazy to type www.mls.ca like I am or it's a long URL to begin with, first go the the website you want to use the link to and highlite the link in the browser and copy (Ctrl+C) then do all that Judy said but instead of typing in the URL into the box just paste the link into it (Ctrl+V).
