Hi All

I have applied for canadian immigration in FEb 2002 and rec. file no in June 2002. I am securing 70 points. My consultant had adviced me to learn french. so

1) For what level do i need to learn french ( Basic / moderate)

2) What if before giving my french certificate...embasssy will access my case. Will they refuse it on first cut?

3) What supporting docs I am supposed to present for english language skills, if i will not appear for IELTS
