My Husband is currently working in Canada. He has a lmo however he is not happy in his job , his work permit says he has to stay in his job, is there any way he can find another job?

He certainly can, although he'd need a new LMO/TWP for a new job.

If he is very unhappy, he can certainly look for another job (keeping in mind that Canada is a networking community) that will be willing to sponsor him for another LMO - (as Christmasoompa said)

Good luck, I know how upsetting it is working for a place/employer that you don't like.

Nothing to stop him - he just needs to find a company that is actively advertising for his role (and can prove they can't fill it) and are willing to get a LMO.

The two should go hand-in-hand. If they really need someone, the LMO application shouldn't be a problem, as long as he has justifiable reasons for wanting to change jobs, that aren't likely to recur.

What does he do and where?

How much time left on his TWP?

There may be a financial problem if his current employer has funded his move, as he will probably have to pay some or all of it back.

It's not just a homesickness thing is it? Are you over here with him and if not, why not?
