Passport collection letter

Hello boys and girls of BriExpa
Been a while since I got on this site, been busy with the new addition to our family our daughter, you know what it is like. Those who sent me emails please forgive me for not responding.
Got a question though, received an email from CIC saying that they sent me a Passport collection letter, a week past but havenâ€™t received it!
Just wana know what is this any way? Could anyone shed some light on this pls?

i believe its every thursday if you go in person, check with cic website about times
