Default Which part of Canada is the best?

and which is the worst?

I'd assume that the worst would be the far north where it is always cold and always dark in winter?

Dangerous to assume things. My wifes friend lives in the far north and says she would never live anywhere else.

Its an impossible question to answer, the stock answer is "Iqaluit".. if you arent sure why, just enter it in the site search engine.

Most people who answer traditionaly will say where ever they ended up. Might well be right for them, but absolutely no guarantee its right for you.

The worst place is the one you're stuck in with no money and no job, for me that was Montreal. It's different for everyone.

Indeed.

Been here since 1962. I couldn't have picked a nicer spot. It's a shame you had a bad experience. I trust things have been better since you left.

Things improved when we moved to Toronto. We went to Montreal (back in 1999) because my OH's family live there and we did very little planning before we arrived but if nothing else it was a learning experience. Lesson one don't believe your MIL Lesson two learn French.

I don't know why there is any doubt.

It is obviously Island View, New Brunswick and to be more specific it is living with me, or the next best place, is to be a neighbour of mine

Damn I feel modest today It must be something in the water here.

Close Dave, very close. But perhaps the other side of the river in Douglas is better?

Douglas you have to be joking, I hear there are some undesirable types moved in recently.

Although as the crow flies you could be classed as a neighbour, so on second thoughts yes Douglas is a nice place to live.
