Out of work and out of luck
 

Of those given Permanent Residents cards how many remained out of work for more than six months after landing? What makes up Canada's 'out of work' population as by type and age and profession. Is the circumstances similar to all other G8 countries. Out of work due to for example.
A) Do not want to work
B) Cannot due to health
C) Do not need to work
D) Government does not need to know
