Well, what happend was, Mr Martin our glorious PM, phoned his old pal Mr Bush one nippy Ontario morning (about -42 deg C) and complained how it was cold here for 8months of the year. Mr Bush being the diplomatic and forward thinking man that he is, first checked his atlas to see where Canada was, then came up with a remarkable plan to benefit both countries 'y'all got lots of oil up there don't ya, y'all mine it and refine it, then send it down one of those pipeline things to Gods Country. We'll change it into Gas-O-Line and sell it real cheap to the real men who drive good'ol American trucks, with 58 litre V8 Hemi's. That should warm things up your way real nice" Bloody hell, it's working too.

Dubya also suggested that we can purify and drink the melting icebergs and contracting polar ice cap, whilst the natives can drink it in raw untreated form.
