Scotty, one important thing you'll need to look into is schools for the kids. Most are pretty good, but range in terms of performance. Check this out first as registration is based on catchment areas over here.
Forget all the other places, Upper Mission is the place to be Nice social neighbors, great friends and really good local schools. There's also a new school being built as we speak just off Chute Lake road which is promising to be one of the best.
