Does it have to be offshore?

There are apparently quite a few jobs in the catering industry generally, would they be no good?

Short answer is yes there are lots of jobs in remote camps.

However i would not hold out much hope of getting a job until you are already in country with a visa to work.

Most jobs are set term contracts and you just move from contract to contract, company to company. You may strike lucky and get a full time job but that normally takes time or having some very much in demand skills set.

Maybe if you give some more info about yourself and where you plan to live and travel for work people may be able to help more.

Thanks for your reply guys! I am a chef from London uk will be travelling to London Ontario with the famillly with a PR so I was looking for short contracts in remote camps as I keep hearing about the (good wages) so I'm looking if anyone knows of any first hand info!thanks
