Oakville, ON

In and around Oakville today. Quite impressed with the area in general. If I get offered a job here, can't make my mind up whether to sell up in the UK or get a big mortgage.

Other thing is the salary level. I will be bringing a wife and two young kids, so if I didn't sell up in the UK, I would need a decent salary to pay a hefty mortgage. Any ideas?

Oh yes. I have an idea. Put a bit more detail into your question or Grah will come along and bite you.

Can you tell me how much you are renting it for and how many bedrooms :)

PM me if you want to keep it private.

Glad you liked oakville...let me know if I can help out in any way.

Re Accomadation......difficult one to advice on.....got to look at many factors such as affordability, risk tolerance, can you pay for void periods, can someone look after/manage property for you in England etc etc

Good luck
