Nurse Training in Canada

Hi - just wondering if anyone has any advice on studying in Canada. If we get our Permanent Residence (still 'In Process') I would like to train to be a Psychiatric Nurse over in Canada. I have a Psychology degree, so I hope that this will help. Does anyone have an inkling on how easy it is to get a place to study in Canada?

If anyone has already completed or is currently doing nurse training in Canada, it would be great to hear from you.

Thanks!
Deb

Re: Nurse Training in Canada

The profession you talk about, is regulated here in Canada, which means you have to take and apss a provincial exam, to be able to practice. The link below should be of some help to you:

Good luck.
