Nova Scotian Expats?
 

I know there are a lot of you out there......... sorry if this question/s have been asked of you many times but I would love to know how you are enjoying living in NS.

My OH and I are thinking of making a move over there in the future, firstly we will probably take a holiday there next year, if we like what we see then perhaps living there for a year whilst renting our home here in BC. On the holiday note is there anyone one in NS who would consider a house swap for a holiday next year? We live in Victoria BC, 30mins walk from Downtown Victoria. A great place for a holiday. Anyway, its something to consider and it would solve much of our (joint) accomodation costs......... anyway if it appeals to anyone, think about it.

I would love to know how you have felt the people of NS have treated you....by that I mean have you felt included and welcomed? I am looking to live in a place with a community spirit, close to cultural things like theatres, good restaurants etc..Do you recommend any web sites that could give me info on NS living?
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who can shed any light on living in NS, good and bad, its always good to get honest opinions.
