Nova Scotia

Hi everyone

I am new to the site but have been reading all of the great advice that everyone has been passing onto each other! I am in the very early stages of applying for a visa through the Nova Scotia Nominee Program "community identified stream". Does anybody have any previous experience in this area, just wondering how long things will take etc. Is the NSNP a quick way to get in?

Any advice greatly appreciated

:)

Hi

Welcome,

I posted a reply in the thread under immigration.

I believe there are a few people on here at the moment that have/about to submit applications under NS PNP.

According to their website it is approx 3 months for the PNP part of the process, then for the London Visa office anywhere between 4-7 mths for the PR visa part of the processing.

We are about 8 weeks into the process currently.

Good luck:thumbsup:

Hi again!

I would say that in comparison to other options available to gain PR the PNP route is a favourable option at the moment as far as knowing the requirements and speed.

That's great news! Which RDA is supporting you in your application?

We gained residency via the NSNP CI stream and it took 8 months from Halifax receiving the application.
