NOC??
 

Hey guys.

To qualify for the canadian experience class your work must be in Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B on the NOC.

I will be working towards being a lawyer in Ontario, but may decide to work as a legal assistant or PA whilst i'm taking my exams to qualify as a lawyer. I still dont know whether an law clerk/assistant comes under those categories. Its very hard to find out the information on the HR Canada site.

Hi

Look on the left Panel and click on Matrix. Then find the NOC code by reading down and then the left side shows the skill level. i.e. 4211 is skill level B.
