NOC??
Hey guys.
To qualify for the canadian experience class your work must be in Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B on the NOC. I will be working towards being a lawyer in Ontario, but may decide to work as a legal assistant or PA whilst i'm taking my exams to qualify as a lawyer. I still dont know whether an law clerk/assistant comes under those categories. Its very hard to find out the information on the HR Canada site. http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/...egal+assistant http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/...al=1&val1=1242 Any help to clear the air would be great thanks!! |
