Hi all,
Been lookin' to relocate to BC for some time. Any feedback would be helpful.

Got a wife and child. I am skilled,welding/engineering ,Fed up with Blighty.
Any fast track options?

Hi welcome to B.E :) hope you like lots of this :beer: you'll need it, just kidding "Not". Think the quickest way is to find a job and be sponsered by employer or take the PNP root. To get a decent job as welder you'll need to get the Canadian welding certificate and or the Red Seal. ;)

Provincial Nominee Program. Some of the Provinces have skill shortages and if you have the right skill you can apply to be sponsored by the province, if they sponsor you then the immigration process is quicker.

Try this www.cic.gc.ca/english/index should take you to the main page and the scroll down till you get to provincial nominee and click. Hope it works :)

Ok then just try www.cic.gc.ca i have just had a look myself and welders and engineers are on the list for bc.
