I wouldn't bother phoning round doctors, it would take a while as most work alone. Phone the hospital and ask switchboard who is taking patients, they usually keep a list. Also ask if anyone is ALWAYS taking patients- avoid!!
If no luck phone or drop into a walk in clinic, they should also have a current list. I know Kamloops has a problem, you may have to wait a while, just keep trying .

I am the only Brit living in Juniper, please find another area to live 
BTW, Walmart now has an 'international foods' section that has some British products, plus there is that place up by Toys r Us, I think it's called Bulk Barn. They have some stuff as well.

Lol well kids are settled now so we are staying here haha. Great will take a look up Walmart.
I'm cold already not looking forward to the winter not used to the white stuff!

it's mad how you got snow up Sun Peaks and there's nothing here. Can't wait to go skiing in Sun Peaks it's so pretty.

The Winters aren't that bad, the trick to keeping warm is rather than having one huge warm winter jacket, have lots of different layers.

Hope you're finding Kamloops as pleasant as we have. We arrived 2010 after moving from Llandrinio, originally from Shrewsbury. Kids love it as we do, quite a few brits about, i even work with a Welshman

Hi don't know if you read my thread, been in kamloops 5 years today.
Yes there are lots of us brits here. husband and sons play football, plus we play darts, so there are lots of ways to meet people.
I shop in safeways.
