I work on Wednesdays so I won't be able to listen. But it would be good if someone publicized the ridiculous situation facing healthcare workers who try to come to Canada.

Hi Fiona, Steve gave me your message. Great news that they are taking it seriously and fingers and toes crossed this will hit on a few important ears. I shall make sure I am about to listen to it and I may even tape it to play it on the streets of Halifax!!!!!!!lol

Do'nt worry I have! In fact I told the researcher for CBC to take a look at the threat that was running entitled 'Watch out if you need a licence to work'
as this would give her an idea of the problem. She also has all the details of the people I have lobbied.

Incidently Premier Hamm in Nova Scotia is bouncing the problem right back to the licencing body.

Well no surprise there I'm told by some Nova Scotian residents!

Well I was confused. So far I've listened to a guy slagging off London (some valid points) and some women talking about her film. No Mrs. Liftman yet.

I've been listening for more than 1 1/2 hours - nothing about Fiona yet. Maybe they meant 11:45 ADT and not 11:15 ADT.
