Dear Mr. Miller,

do i have to send my passport to get my visa? cant I take my passport personnaly to the visa office and get it stamped?

You have to ask visa post if they allow for other then mailing the passport method of
delivering such to them. Some visa post may be flexible, but I wouldn't count on it.
