Hi,

I have applied my PR in Sep-02. Due to the recent changes (i.e
re-open the already rejected files ), can you please advise me WHO will get the priority (i.e either the people applied and in the queue now OR the people who rejected in the past and just re-open the file for process again )


PLEASE PLEASE advise me. Thanks.
