Mr Miller please
We landed in Canada 15th May 2002. We have bought a house and a car, have our SIN numbers . We wanted to visit our friends in the USA for a day and wondered if there would be any problems with us crossing the US border?
We have read somewhere(cannot remember where) that they don't like you coming over for 6 months? Is this the case? We look forward to your reply! |
Re: Mr Miller please
I had contacted US Consulate in Canada and as per their response, "background and
place of origin", the immigration has set rules for "exemption" and "non-exemption" of visa requirements. Based on your origin you may get exmption or may be not, check with US Consulate. Also to share my experience, we had traveled by Train, however, the during immigration process at Niagara, we had to go by thorough complete question/answer session.
