Hi
I am a software Professional having work exp in UK and US.
I submitted my application at Buffalo in AUgust 2001 and got my AOR in Nov 2001,I returned to India in october 2001,as I was laid off.I informed the Canadian
consulate abt my new company in India and my work profile(I.T)
Now,Does my return to India not grant me waiver?WHat is the
Yardstick for granting a waiver?Statistically,What are the chances of getting a waiver?
My points were 73 .
