Mr.Andrew Miller
 
I have 4-1/2 years of work experience as credit officer in a financial institution but presently i am unemployed and this situation exists since last two years can i apply for immigration as i met all other requirements of immigration(77 points).Is this unemployment negatively effects my case althoug i have required experience in a skill in the list. :PARTY:

You can apply the immigration ... as long as you have the required points. Also if
the work experience is within 10 years it is valid.

It may have negative impact when it comes to assessing your chances for successful
establishment in Canada as well as it will raise rather serious doubts about your
financial abilities. But if you can prove that you have required settlement funds
(your own money being in your account for quite some time) then the financial
abilities doubts may go away.

You may want to check your point count as it is extremely rare to obtain 77 points
without a job offer or being fully proficient in English or French. You might want to
check the batteries in your calculator.

I have required funds in my account.And also if i apply after getting new job then is it ok.
