What is the on doing? Are the visas all in place? Would it be on a TWP?
Welcome to the forum by the way!

This depends on your budget and how long you are prepared to commute to work.

and schools.
See above.

The job is based in Delta BC,
North Delta, Tilbury, Tsawwassen? It could make a difference.

Hi thanks for the welcome the job is working in the timber industry, the visas are not sorted but the company will give us assistance with that, and I have been speaking about TWP

LMIA processing is not the quickest, so if they have not even put the paperwork in yet then your jumping the gun a bit by looking at areas. Better to look when you know you have the LMIA and will be getting the TWP. Is the job higher skilled IE skill level O,A or B?

Will the relocation assistance include your shipping costs, flight costs, what are of Delta will you work be, how long would you want your commute to be?

Id suggest looking at the Wiki and putting together a list of questions for the employer and for yourself as to what you want and what will need to be done to make the move work for you and your family.
