Moving to Vancouver
Hi,
We are moving to North Vancouver (have just received our work permits). Could anyone offer advice on: 1. Taking money over with you (I'm not talking huge amounts but some savings). 2. Temporary health insurance 3. Short term accommodation/recommended hotel/motel/bed and breakfast in North Vancouver Any practical advice would be a great help. thanks, Kate |

Clare or someone else from the Vancouver gang may respond to your accommodation question soon, but if they don't you also can catch up to them at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Brits2Vancouver/ That forum has a really impressive amount of information about Vancouver and even about the rest of British Columbia. |
