Advice on areas to live in Ontario
 

Hi, Can anyone suggest any good areas around Toronto or Ottawa for a family to live. We would preferably like an area with a good high school, reasonable house prices that is commutable to either of these two cities. I was looking into the area of Barrie or Guelph around Toronto or Naepan in Ottawa. Also Is there any areas which should be avoided? Thanks for your help
