Moving and health documents

Hi

I am moving to Edmonton very soon and would like to know what documents the doctor will require from me. Do I need to bring anything from the UK?

Thanks in advance

If your doc in the UK gives you your medical history then Im sure this would be helpful on arrival over here rather than walking in with no records and just a verbal synopsis on how your health is. Same as dental records they might lessen a few check ups or exams that cost to see your state of health.

we paid 50 ukp each for a full copy of our medical records from our UK doctors.
they have sat in our safety deposit box ever since we've moved here, no one has ever asked for them

I'd maybe get print outs of vaccinations if you have kids, if not then don't bother

Despite family medical conditions, no medical records ever wanted by docs here. They did their own assessments. It was never an issue.
