Moving to Canada with dogs

We are starting to make plans to move back to Canada but this time we have a dog. Does anyone have experience of taking dogs from UK to Canada. All help. recommendations will be gratefully received.

Re: Moving to Canada with dogs

Noproblems - I have a friend from the UK who arrived here with a dozen large dogs. Several companies in the UK (mostly based near Heathrow) specialise in exporting animals such as dogs/cats. They will arrange crates, veteriniary exams, all apaperwork and flights. Not very expensive all things considered and very smooth from our experience. Canada accepts dogs/cats with no problems from the UK so long as the right paperwork accompanies them.
