movers, England to western Canada

I've looked through various posts and the wiki, but it seems to me that most experiences don't translate.

If someone has a great or lousy experience traveling South Africa to Canada, that only means that the SA company in that particular location was good. If things were trashed on the Canadian end, that's more useful, but if it's in Toronto, that's not much use in Victoria. Even if it's the same company it'll be different people. And in a busy area it can be a different team every day.

Certainly a large, international moving company can have a corporate culture and if people around the world are having problems, that's a huge warning flag.

I'm not sure what the solution is if there aren't any people doing exactly the same move, but I just thought I'd mention it and see if anyone has recent experiences England to western Canada, which would be more to the point. Thanks.
