Movers in Calgary

Hi

My family and I are moving house in NW Calgary at the end of this month, from Hidden Valley to Hawkwood. Whilst we are going to do most of the moving ourselves, we are looking for a small local company to move our piano, two sofas and queen bed. We can manage the rest ourselves.

Does anyone know a good, trustworthy (and reasonable!) company?

Many Thanks
ARH

Hi there! Cheap Charlies or Jim DeLay - we have used both for office moves and some residential stuff.

Not surprisingly Cheap Charlies is the cheaper option of the two ;)

Both however are very good and reliable.

Good luck .... J :)

Thanks for this - sorry about the delay replying. I used Jim DeLay for my move in the end. Excellent. Can thoroughly recommend him and his crew to anyone planning to move around the Calgary area.

Cheap Charlies was a big disappointment, they promised me a quotation, stringing me along for 5 days, then phoned up an said they couldn't help me :curse:

Thanks again
