Moved: Preparing stuff for shipping?

Hello everyone. We are using Whites to ship our stuff to our new house in Canada. Their instructions seem to have got lost in the Xmas post ![Sad](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif)
What state do they (or any other shippers) expect stuff to be in - eg. beds dismantled, draws emptied, wardrobes emptied?
Cheers for any advice.

Are you having the full packing service? In that case do nothing. I left all drawers and wardrobes full, and they dismantled anything that needed it. It was all reassembled at the other end by the other movers.
